RiffStage is taking shape

A new project for presenting your own products. I’m exploring how professional design and largely autonomous workflows can work together.

When I develop a product, the work continues beyond its last feature. It also needs images, clear content and a presentation that explains it well. Recurring preparation and keeping individual pieces consistent take a considerable amount of time.

RiffStage grows out of that experience. I want to build a tool that supports this part of the work and brings presentation and marketing content closer together. The aim is a professional result that fits the product.

Automation is an important part of the idea. Recurring tasks should run as independently as possible, leaving more attention for the message and design. How this should feel in practice, and which workflows are actually useful, are questions for this early stage.

RiffStage is still in pre-alpha. My first focus is the foundations and a clear direction for the Mac application. I will share selected progress in the journal when there is something useful to show. There is no date for a first public version yet.
